Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours during a business day.

Rates & Methods

Shipping rates will be determined and emailed to you with the conformation after the order is placed. Rates vary according to the weight of the item and the method chosen. You may choose different shipping methods. If you choose lowest cost method, we will choose the option that will be least expensive for you. We use US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, FedEX Ground, DHL and UPS in that order.

USPS Priority Mail	Delivers everywhere, 2 to 3 days in the US. Lowest cost for light orders (1-2 lbs).
FedEx Ground	Low cost and delivers almost everywhere
DHL Ground	Low cost and delivers almost everywhere
UPS Ground	Dependable, low-cost ground delivery to the 48 contiguous states
UPS 2nd Day Air	Delivers by the end of the second business day
UPS Next Day Air Early AM	Delivers by 8:30AM next business day to most major cities

Shipping times shown are in business days. Please allow for weekends and Holidays. Some shipment methods are not available in all areas.

Tracking

You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. This email will include an itemized packing list and your tracking number to trace your shipment.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number or have misplaced it, you may obtain your tracking number by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@impulseelectronics.com

Backorders

Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. Due to availability and supplier issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when this will occur. Back ordered items are shipped to you free of charge.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Do to the increasing incidents of credit card fraud on International orders we reserve the right to refuse and cancel any International order.
