Powerpole connectors come in one housing size that accomodates three different contact ranges for wire sizes 14 AWG or smaller, 12 AWG and 10 AWG and are described as 15 amp, 30 amp or 45 amp. This allows for interchangeability between all three sizes of contacts and suggests a general current range.
